Mr.Srichanth Nair, as Business Head - MSME, is instrumental in driving Small Business Loans through network of our branches.
Mr.Nair comes with over 17 years of experience of which 15 years were spent in Retail Banking Industry. He started his career with CEAT Limited in Sales and went on to work with ICICI Bank & RBL Bank in Retail Banking Verticals. He has been instrumental in setting up and building regional teams across retail Liabilities Products through segments like Household, Self Employed Segment, Corporate Salary, Third Party Products like Insurance & Mutual Funds and Retails Assets.
Mr.Nair has played an integral part in the growth story of the Retail Branch Banking Business at RBL Bank. He joined RBL Bank in early 2012 and has been instrumental in growing the retail presence of the bank in southern states. In his last assignment at RBL Bank, he was leading the MSME business for the bank. He joined Swadhaar in September 2017 on secondment from RBL Bank.
Mr. Nair has done his Graduation from University of Madras, Chennai.
Mr. Manouj Kabra, as CFO, leads the Accounts and Finance function which covers Accounting, Taxation, Regulatory and Management Reporting, Business Planning and Analysis.
Mr. Kabra comes with over 18 years of experience in Banking and Financial Services Industry and has handled diverse roles encompassing Accounts & Finance, Budgeting & MIS, Audit, Taxation, Business Strategy, Profit Centre Management, Financial Planning, Wealth Management, Product & Business Development, Client/Franchisee Relationship Management, Digital Strategy, Risk Management, Compliance Monitoring, Development of Systems/ Processes, Internal Controls.
Prior to joining Swadhaar, Mr. Kabra was associated with ICICI Bank, ICICI Securities, Angel Broking and SHCIL Services Ltd.
Mr. Kabra is a qualified Chartered Accountant from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce from Mumbai University.
Mr. Akash Chelvam has diversified experience in Human Resources spanning over 12 years in the areas of Talent Acquisition, Compliance & Governance, Talent Management, Organization Development and Employee Engagement. His experience encompasses various roles across all geographies in India with institutions like HDFC Life, Axis Bank and RBL Bank. He has been part of corporate governance committees, CSR initiatives and change management teams.
Prior to joining the Swadhaar in September 2015, Mr. Chelvam, was spearheading all HR processes for Agriculture Banking, Development Banking & Financial Inclusion, Financial Literacy, Microfinance and Affordable Financial Institution Banking. His passion for Rural Banking and Financial Inclusion segment made him a key contributor for the setup and expansion of the Small Business Banking at RBL Bank. He was also part of the Learning & Organization Development function, heading the Campus Hiring program and Future Leadership initiatives for the Bank. He is seconded to Swadhaar by RBL Bank.
Mr. Chelvam has a post graduate degree in Human Resources Management and has done his Graduation in Arts.
In his role as Head of Risk, Mr. Sri Hari, leads the overall Risk Management for Swadhaar, which includes Credit Risk, Collections, Operational Risk and Fraud Control.
Mr.Sri Hari comes with over 17 years of rich experience in Banking and Financial Industry and has handled diverse roles which includes Credit Underwriting , Urban & Rural Debt Collections & Strategy , Operational Risk, Fraud control, Analytics, Quality Assurance, Sales and Distribution, Credit Cards & Banking operations and Customer Service.
Prior to joining Swadhaar he was associated with Fullerton India, Citifinancial India, Royal Bank of Scotland and TCS e Serve International Ltd.
Mr. Sri Hari holds a MBA degree in Finance and a commerce graduate from Osmania University.
Ms. Preeti Telang, heads the customer service and communication function in Swadhaar. She has over 24 years of experience in Development sector specifically in the area of Development Communication. She champions all the customer service, customer protection, social performance initiatives in Swadhaar. Ms. Telang has been associated with Swadhaar since 2008and is also the CEO of associate company Swadhaar FinAccess.
Prior to joining Swadhaar in 2008, Ms. Telang has worked with College of Social Work, Mumbai, Xavier’s Institute of Communications. She has worked on projects with Population Services International, DFID India, Engender Health International.
Ms. Telang holds a MBA degree in Social Entrepreneurship from SVKMs NarseeMonjee School of Business Management and Masters of Social Work from Mumbai University.
Ms. AnshuMohta is a trained professional in secretarial, legal and corporate affairs and working as Company Secretary for Swadhaar since 2008.
Ms. Mohta has over 10 years of varied and rich experience in areas of Compliances (both Legal and Statutory), IPO, Private Placement of Equity, Formulation of ESOP, Listing Agreement Compliances, Foreign Direct Investment in Unlisted Companies and Due Diligence for Private Investment.
Ms. Mohta is an associate member of Institute of Company Secretaries of India and is a Gold Medalist (LLB) from Pt. Ravishankar University.
Mr. Sunand Sahu heads the Internal Audit function at Swadhaar and has a work experience spanning over 18 years.
Mr.Sahu is responsible for monitoring process adherence, ensuring compliance to statutory requirements and reviewing the adequacy of existing systems and controls from time to time.
Mr. Sahuwas associated with the SKS Microfinance, one of the leading microfinance in country and then with Fullerton India Credit Company Limited in the Internal Audit Function. Before moving to Swadhaar he was associated with one of the largest Business Correspondent Company in Hyderabad which had the maximum number of Public Sector Banks as their corporate agents.
Mr. Sahu holds MBA degree in finance from the Indian School of Business Management and Administration, Mumbai.
Mr.Srinivasa Reddy leads the Administration Function in Swadhaar. As Admin Head his focus is on bringing in more robust control systems, improved cost efficiency, automation of all admin related processes, vendor empanelment and engagements, branch roll outs, enhanced productivity and seamless management for Swadhaar.
Mr. Reddy has 19 years of diverse experience in Sales & Marketing in construction materials, banking & corporate / institutional sales.Prior to Swadhaar, he has worked with organizations such as Madras Cements Ltd, Grasim Industries Ltd., ICICI Bank Ltd., Fullerton India and his last assignment was with Phoenix commodities.
Mr. Reddy holds MBA degree in Marketing from Madras University and a commerce graduate.
Mr. PrasenjitDatta, heads the Information and Technology department and comes with over 10 years of experience in Banking, Finance & Technology domain.
Prior to joining Swadhaar, Mr.Datta has worked as an Assistant Vice President for Vistaar Financial Services and managed complete IT Landscape which includes IT Strategy, Planning, Execution and Operations of many Applications and Infrastructure projects. He has also worked with IT MNCs like Oracle Corporation, Cognizant and Tech Mahindra.
Mr. Datta holds Bachelor of Engineering on Electrical & Electronics from Visveswaraiah Technological University, Belgaum and Executive General Management Program from Indian Institute of Management, Bangalore.
