Swadhaar’s Campus Hiring Program is a specialized professional development programme designed to give young graduates hands-on training. Through this program Swadhaar recruits, develops and engages graduates for leadership positions in the company. The focus is on fast-track, structured development, looking to sustain high levels of performance and maximize potential.

The Management Trainee Programme (MTP) is Swadhaar’s entry level talent acquisition programme for management trainees. It is a structured twelve-month induction and development programme that exposes the MTs to different aspects of businesses. This programme provides an extensive understanding of business operations and culture to groom them for future leadership roles.
At the conclusion of the program, the MTs are placed in the strategic positions as per their expertise in departments like Finance, Human Resources, Operations & IT.

We are looking for?

Post-graduates with degree in Business Administration (MSc, MBA), International Management or similar fields. We encourage candidates from Tier 1/2/3 business schools also to apply.

Age group between 23 to 30 years.

The Graduate Trainee Programme (GT) is an entry level Talent Acquisition Programme for fresh graduates from reputed colleges.
Post successful completion of the program, the candidate will get the opportunity to be placed in challenging roles across business units, pan-India.

Management Intern Programme (MIP) aims to give a brief yet holistic work experience through live professional projects and an opportunity to work with experienced executives in the Company.

The flagship programmes under MIP are:

Internship Programme

These programmes provide the trainees an opportunity to get practical experience of working on professional projects.


Specialized two to three month internship for graduate and post graduate trainees

Apprenticeship

One year internship programme for trainees pursuing specialized courses in Banking, IT, etc.

Associate Programme

Associate Programme is a six months to eighteen months programme specially designed for international trainees and specialists from other industries wanting to explore a career in the field of financial services.

Second Career Internship Program
